However, it is not the same as therapy.
While therapy concentrates on diagnosis and addressing past events and trauma, coaching emphasizes personal development and is geared toward the future. Both are valuable, and each may be necessary at different times.f
I am available for meetings either in person or via Zoom. Please indicate your preference when signing up for your session.
If you choose to meet in person, I will follow up with you via email.
I offer personalized weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, available via Zoom or in person. Each session lasts 60 minutes. Teen/child sessions will range from 30-60 min depending on the individual.
